2. Order Tracking

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a tracking code to monitor your delivery directly on the carrier’s website.

3. Shipping Responsibility

Our commitment is to ensure your order is shipped within the specified timeframe. However, we are not responsible for delays, loss, damages, or any other issues caused by the shipping carrier, including:

  • Delivery delays due to the carrier’s logistics;
  • Loss or misplacement of the package after dispatch;
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer;
  • Failed delivery attempts due to the recipient's absence.

If any issues arise, we recommend that customers contact the carrier directly to resolve them. If needed, our team is available to assist with additional information.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, a new shipping fee will be required for reshipment.

5. Order Not Received

If your order is significantly delayed, we advise you to contact the shipping carrier using the tracking code. If the issue persists, our team can assist in opening a claim with the carrier.
